PESE 11+ Presentation to Parents

Friday 24th November

Good morning Willow class,

Throughout the day I have a selection of tasks I would like you to work through.

On Mathletics I have set you some fractions and multiplications tasks, if you finish all these and you want to push yourself can you please challenge yourself on TTRS.

For English I would like you to review your favourite book to revamp our book corner display.  I have attached on our school page many different examples of how to set our your review if you would like to use them or choose your own version. Try to include, why you like that book, would you recommend it, and a rough outline of a plot.

For geography, linking to our Tourism unit,  I would like you to answer the question, ‘Why does population change?’ please follow the lesson attached answering the questions in full sentences ready to compare next week with how this affects tourism

Please take this time to catch up on any missed home learning, practise your spellings for Monday’s test and PRACTISE YOUR WORDS FOR OUR ASSEMBLY!

Have a lovely weekend and I'll see you all Monday.

Welcome back!
Welcome back to school, a brand new start in Willow class! I hope you all had a lovely summer and are well rested ready for the new term ahead. I will be sending home home learning and curriculum coverage letters later this week explaining all the fun things we are doing this term. Our PE days this term are Monday and Thursday, please ensure you come into school wearing your PE kit, with your earrings removed and hair tied back. Monday will be swimming and Thursday is gymnastics in the hall.

I look forward to the year ahead!
