Maths

You had 3 days of Power Maths fractions last week and today I want you to have some fun with fractions!

There will be some mathletics fraction challenges set for you and also, I would like you to explore this game.

I will go through it on our Zoom this morning as well as looking at some equivalent fractions in a mini lesson. You might want to use this fraction wall after our zoom - no need to print it out though!

Reading

You know what we expect by now! Perhaps you could shake up your reading this week - could you read in a different place today?  Or read to someone over the phone? You could even build a den and hide away with your book!

English

This is the lesson I have been waiting for since we started this unit! Today you get to design your snack! Yum yum!

Geography

Today you will think about what farmers do to the food they grow to keep it safe and to make the best of their crops. You will then think about FairTrade farming and complete and activity related to that.

Listen to or read through the PowerPoint below before you start. The sheets are also attached and I will link to some useful websites and videos to help your research.
