We will be learning about the differences between invertebrates and vertebrates.
All animals can be classified as either invertebrates which do not have a backbone or vertebrates which have a backbone.
We will be identifying different animals from these classifications.
Today we are continuing out animals topic, but this term your lessons are on Oak Academy.
In this lesson, we will be learning about living things and their features. All living things need to be able to breathe, produce waste, grow and change, feed and reproduce. We will then finish the lesson looking in more detail at different types of diets that animals may have. You will need a piece of paper, a pencil and most importantly your brain! https://classroom.thenational.academy/lessons/what-is-a-living-thing-70t3ae
Don't forget to complete the quiz at the end of the lesson. The website talks of a worksheet to write your answers, but I would like you to write your answers to the teachers questions onto lined paper; she will tell you when you pause to give you time to write.
