Team West Malling Heptathlon

We will be running, jumping and throwing in 7 Olympic style events on Wednesday 10th July. Children should therefore wear their PE kit to school on this day, they will also need a sun hat.

As part of this challenge, we invite the children to find sponsors to complete this event to raise money for the local charity the Heart of Kent Hospice. This will support our school community’s contribution to ‘Shaun in the Heart of Kent’ event. Please see www.shaunheartofkent.co.uk for more information about this great cause and fantastic art trail taking place in Maidstone this Summer.

West Malling's Got Talent Year 3 auditions will be held on Thursday 13th June in the afternoon. Please make sure you have everything you need in school on this day for the audition as this is the only chance we have to do it. Thank you :)

Class Trip - Thursday 12th October 2023

As you know we are going to Maidstone Museum on Thursday, please ensure your child has the following items:

Packed lunch - usual school rules apply (no fizzy drinks/sweets/glass)

Sensible shoes - trainers are fine for a school trip

waterproof coat - it is due to rain on Thursday so a coat is essential 

Please make sure that your child has a named backpack that they can carry these items in. Thank you.
